As Previously announced, The Coca Cola Bottling Company of Kokomo Indy Elite Series will begin their season on January 10. This weekend, the series added a new sponsorship. The Coca Cola Bottling Company of Kokomo Indy Elite Series announces new partnership with up-and-coming podcast Inside Open Wheel!

Inside Open Wheel will be the official podcast of the Indy Elite Series as well as the title sponsor for the 2021 Season Opener at Homestead Miami Speedway! The race will be titled the Inside Open Wheel 225.

​Inside Open Wheel is a motorsports podcast hosted by announcer Jeremy Scott and driver Charlie Anti.

IOW covers everything from F1600 to the NTT INDYCAR SERIES, Inside Open Wheel covers all the professional touring series that run in the United States, including the Formula E United States Grand Prix in New York and Formula 1 United States Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas, with Formula 3. IOW is found weekly on every major podcast service and is hosted by Anchor.fm.

“As a professional announcer myself, I see the draw that sim racing has brought since COVID-19 shut down ofthe real sport early last year.”

Plus, with my co-host Charlie running the series, it’s a no brainer to play my own part. I’m also really excited to sponsor the opening race of the season at Homestead. Never did I ever think I would be sponsoring a race. This is the start of a fantastic relationship and I’m really excited to see where it goes.”

​The Inside Open Wheel 225 will be live on SYMTV on Sunday, January 10th at 7:15 PM ET!  This will be the Coca Cola Bottling Company of Kokomo IES’s 6th trip to Homestead Miami Speedway.  In the previous 5 trips, the series has seen 4 different winners including last year’s winner Jason Brophy and 2-time winner Chris Stofer.
