Kokomo, IN – The Coca Cola Bottling Company of Kokomo Indy Elite Series is set to return for a 16-race season beginning on January 10th at Homestead Miami Speedway!
For the second year in a row, The Coca Cola Bottling Company of Kokomo serves as the title sponsor for the IES.
Defending league champion Philip Kraus said about the upcoming season, “I’m looking forward to next season quite a bit, the Indycar is one of the best cars on iRacing.
“It’s always pretty cool to see someone as big as Coca Cola involved with our league. It means a lot to everyone running.”

The Coca Cola Bottling Company of Kokomo is a family owned and operated company — an independent franchise of The Coca-Cola Company with distribution facilities in Kokomo and Plymouth, Indiana.
The Coca Cola Bottling Company of Kokomo IES is going into its 7th season in 2021. The IES has had 27 unique winners over the course of the first 6 seasons. Joshua Chin leads the way as the most winningest driver in league history, posting 10 total victories! 9 different drivers have more than 50 starts in the league. The crown jewel of Elite, the Indy 500 has seen 5 different winners in 5 years!
The 2021 season will consist of 16 races, 11 ovals, 4 road courses, and 1 street course! Headlining the 2021 schedule is the 6th Annual Indianapolis 500 on Sunday, April 25th! The Elite Triple Crown will consist of weighted points (1.5x) the Pocono 400, the Indy 500, and the championship finale at Auto Club Speedway on Tuesday, October 19th.

The Coca Cola Bottling Company of Kokomo Indy Elite Series is an open setup league that has developed a reputation as the most competitive IndycarLeague on iRacing. Competitors of the IES compete under a unique format that is sure to provide intense, close, and exciting racing with a hint of championship drama and a weekly prize pool. We are proud to announce that every race will be broadcasted live on SYMTV!
This season’s 16 race schedule is designed to provide fans and competitors with one of the most diverse and unique schedules in iRacing. Drivers will face new challenges week in and week out as the schedule jumps to big ovals, small ovals, road courses, and a street race at Belle Isle Raceway!
Elite drivers will also battle the elements as the league uses full dynamic weather. 13 of this year’s 16 races will be held on Sundays, with the green flag flying at 7:15 PM ET. Road America, Kansas, and Auto Club Speedway will take place on Tuesday’s and will have an 8:00 PM ET green flag.
The league will consist of 40 members picked by the admin team from the list of applicants. The 2021 roster will be chosen considering previous loyalty to the league, driver ability, and character. Out of the 40 full time entrants, the fastest 33 qualifiers in each race session will take the green flag.
As in previous years, any pro drivers included will earn a provisional spot on the grid. Unfortunately, this season we are not accepting part time drivers as we had a full grid last season, but if you would like to sign up to be a reserve, please include that in your application.
