Qualifying Groups

Following a delay of more than an hour, INDYCAR ultimately canceled Saturday morning’s scheduled 45-minute practice session.

Earlier rain and fog that prevented the medical helicopter from landing at the track prevented any running for the 27 cars entered for this weekend’s Jay a House Grand Prix of Monterey at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca in Salinas, California.

Qualifying groups for later this morning were set by Friday practice results on the 2.238-mile, 11-turn permanent road course.
